Integrate Advisors recruits and places neurodiverse people in positions that create a win-win for both the individuals and the employers—serving mostly Fortune 500 companies. This small-but-mighty cause organization came to Grafik in 2020 to help them convey the value they provide. Our job was to bring clarity to their purpose and express that value across a new website.
An unexpected but welcome result was an ongoing partnership in which Integrate Advisors helped bring neurodivergent talent into the Grafik workplace. What started as an intern pilot program has now evolved into a hiring channel for full-time talent. We’re proud of our ongoing partnership with the Integrate team and continue to serve as their creative agency of record.
