Creating a culture of creativity is always challenging—but never more so in economically tight times when you can not throw dollars at the problem.
But maybe the real creativity comes from figuring out how to motivate and support each other by spending human capital rather than George Washington’s. I think a great example of that is the recent outings that Mila organized to the Carpender shelter. From all the reports I have heard, they were worthwhile experiences that created tight bonds among the participants while doing good.
