Whether the concept springs from team brainstorming sessions, a Creative Director’s vision, or their own unique perspectives, our UX Designers will demonstrate total focus and commitment to every project. They will deeply empathize with users while understanding clients’ needs, driving them to continuously improve their understanding of how user experiences should create meaningful, purposeful, and accessible experiences.


• Quickly grasp an understanding of clients’ businesses, and the problems they’re asked to solve

• Translate client business goals into intelligent ideas and recommendations that lead to accessible and equitable user experiences

• Collaborate with other creatives, strategists, and developers to deliver frictionless experiences

• Work with copywriters and digital strategists to develop strategically driven solutions

• Expertly communicate while striving to articulate meaningful rationale for creative decisions that drive a shared understanding and build consensus

• Create documentation such as personas, empathy, and journey maps that represent the user experience and pain points

• Develop precise and highly accessible UI layouts and designs such as wireframes

• Contribute to the ongoing refinement of our user experience design practice



• Strong personal project management skills including the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple concurrent projects

• Proactively identifying needs and potential issues—thinking ahead

• Solid work ethic, self-motivated, flexible, and on the lookout for opportunities to jump in

• Excellent at developing client relationships, owning presentations, and earning client respect



Exceptional client and people skills

• Strong knowledge of current UX design trends, usability research, and development considerations

• Strong understanding of information architecture, sitemaps, and wireframing

• High aptitude for making design decisions backed by data and analytics

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts

• Proficiency with modern UX/UI design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch



• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Strong portfolio of work demonstrating design for experiences across multiple platforms

• 3+ years of relevant experience in UX, product, or interaction design

• Experience in leading or being responsible for UX and design for end-to-end workflows

• Experience working within and contributing to a structured design system

• Experience with prototyping, user testing, motion, and front end development is a plus

• Design/marketing/advertising agency experience is a plus

This position is located in the greater Washington D.C. and Philadelphia markets with the ability to work remotely.
