Digital Strategist: UX & Content


We’re looking for a creative and forward-thinking Digital Strategist to help develop enterprise content strategies and experiences for clients.  As part of the Digital Strategy team, you’ll support client projects from discovery (conducting competitive analysis, website content audits, analytics deep-dives and user testing) through implementation, all with an eye toward optimizing user experiences and achieving KPIs.


Job Summary:

  • – Lead quantitative and qualitative user research
  • – Document personas and user journeys to illustrate how users interact with client products and services
  • – Develop content and UX recommendations that align with client business goals and brand strategy
  • – Create taxonomies and metadata frameworks for grouping and tagging content
  • – Establish key performance indicators, measurement frameworks and testing plans
  • – Work with designers, developers and copywriters to drive continuous improvement across digital channels

Skills & Talents:

  • – A passion for digital trends and innovation
  • – Deep understanding of user experience and digital marketing best practices
  • – Strong analytical skills (must be Google Analytics certified)
  • – Team-oriented; proven ability to collaborate and work iteratively with designers and other strategists daily
  • – Ability to present research and ideas articulately and persuasively
  • – Strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile when necessary

Education & experience:

  • – 2-4 years experience in a digital/content strategy, analytics, or UX role; preferably in an agency environment
  • – Hands-on experience conducting content audits, heuristic analysis and user testing of websites
  • – Content management platform experience (preferably WordPress or Drupal)
  • – User Experience Design Certified (General Assembly or similar)
