Client Services Executive


As part of the client services team, you will serve as the client champion on several accounts. Your primary job functions are to supervise the management of client accounts, providing strategic support, leadership, and guidance to clients, and grow business within current accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

•Demonstrate a strong understanding of a client’s brand, marketplace, and competitors

•Develop and maintain harmonious client relations with all levels of client management as appropriate

•Inspire clients and team members by understanding how to leverage agency offerings to best serve and deliver for the client

•Ensure that all agency efforts and campaigns are in the best interest of building the client’s brand

•Effectively represents Grafik’s point of view to clients

•Identify new ways to strengthen relationships

•Resolve client conflicts quickly and efficiently

•Continuously network with clients and potential clients

•Apply discipline to program development and measurement

•Identify and cultivate new revenue opportunities with existing clients as well as new business

•Ensure client relationship management at the highest success rate possible with profitability in mind at all times

•Contribute ideas and positively promote team culture that impacts overall agency goals and objectives

•Be a mentor to colleagues, a team player with an entrepreneurial attitude


Requirements and Qualifications:

•Required: Experience (7+years) leading multiple accounts and significant account management experience in a client service leadership capacity, with demonstrated career growth and progression in an agency

•Extensive experience delivering successful integrated marketing programs that include both online and offline components

•Experience managing client relationships from initial pitch, through onboarding, and into ongoing strategic management and leadership

•Proven experience managing people and fostering a high-performance environment that achieves client success

•Proven experience in leading and growing numerous large client initiatives

•Experience distilling complex subject matter into simple, readily-digested client presentations and proposals

•Ability to work closely with agency stakeholders to guide input to the organization as to what new services/processes are needed based upon future client needs

•Strong team and leadership skills

•Impeccable written and oral communication skills and exceptional presentation skills

•Strong ability to simultaneously lead multiple clients

•Manages time effectively
