Intern — Client Services Coordinator

What’s the internship all about?

You will work directly with the Client Services (CS) team to manage marketing, branding, digital and creative projects. You will experience direct engagement with clients by working closely with Grafik’s digital, brand and creative teams to develop and facilitate projects from start to finish. Duties include assisting in managing projects and timelines, creative ideation, and helping to support our clients’ day-to-day needs.

Responsibilities include:

    •Provide general support to the CS team and assist in the management and delivery of a wide variety of project types

    •Assist with client-related tasks by organizing project timelines and deliverables, and responding to client requests as needed

    •Assist in maintaining client and project status reports

    •Support the team in scope and budget management (from estimation to completion)

    •Coordinate and track action items and tasks from beginning to completion

    •Proofread client deliverables

    •Conduct competitive, industry, or client research

Education & experience:

    •Currently involved in or have recently graduated with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Associate’s degree focused on Business, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Strategy fields.
