• Demonstrate a strong understanding of a client’s brand, business strategy, and industry landscape

• Develop and grow great client relationships

• Ensure that all agency efforts are in the best interest of building a client’s business

• Mentor others and be a team player

• Grow new business within existing client accounts

Skills & Talents:

• Successfully manage C-suite client relationships from the initial pitch, through onboarding, and into ongoing account management

• Grow account revenue and profitability

• Execute successful brand and marketing programs that include both online and offline components

• Distill complex subject matter into simple, readily-digested client presentations and proposals

• Impeccable written and oral communication skills, and exceptional presentation skills

• Multi-task to simultaneously manage multiple clients

Education & Experience:

• 5-7 years of working at an agency required

• Bachelors or Masters of Science in Marketing or Communications

• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multi-faceted client accounts

• Management of cross-functional teams that foster a high-performance environment

• Real estate marketing experience a plus
