When asked how he created one of his statues, Michelangelo said “I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free.” George believes every client has an angel waiting to be freed, and he’s found them for the likes of FedEx, NASDAQ, Chevrolet, UnitedHealth Group, the Department of the Treasury, Pizza Hut, and more recently for NRTC and RainKing. George holds an MFA in Creative Writing from U.C. Irvine, has published short fiction in magazines and anthologies, and been a guest commentator on NPR’s All Things Considered.
