Project Manager (Web & Digital Marketing)
Overview
You love turning digital ideas into action. You’re great at organizing, planning, and keeping things moving forward. You’re comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment, working closely with developers, designers, and strategists to bring websites and digital campaigns to life. This is a full-time role, hybrid work model, based in Tysons, VA (two days in office per week), helping support web builds and digital marketing initiatives, while supporting brand and creative projects as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities
Own website and digital projects from kickoff through launch: scope, scheduling, budgets, and resources
Act as the day-to-day liaison between clients, developers, and internal teams to keep communication clear and projects on track
Support QA reviews, content management, and developer handoffs to ensure smooth execution
Support digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid channels with clear timelines and deliverables
Monitor project health: manage shifting priorities, flag risks, and drive solutions before they become problems
Collaborate on brand and creative initiatives when needed, ensuring integration across key touchpoints
Skills and Talents
2–4 years of project management or web/digital production experience; agency background is a plus
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred), basic SEO, and web structures
Experience with project management tools such as Jira (required), plus Figma, Marker.io, Trello, or Asana
Understanding of digital marketing workflows for email campaigns, content publishing, paid media deliverables
Strong communication skills for bridging gaps between clients, strategists, designers, and developers
Comfort with budgeting, resourcing, and scoping web and digital marketing initiatives

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
Hands-on experience managing website or digital marketing projects end-to-end
Prior exposure to an agency or client-facing role is highly preferred
